Complete renovation of two Victorian era wood framed buildings and construction of an adjoining addition to create one cohesive 42 bed dormitory while still keeping the historical integrity of the existing buildings. Featuring all new MEPs and a LULA elevator, this is a truly modern facility all without changing the character of the neighborhood.
